Please note, I’m only including story collections, novels, novellas, and longer creative nonfiction works I got all the way through that I thoroughly enjoyed or found memorable. I won’t include “DNF,” works that could have used more editing, or guilty pleasure reads here. At the end of each year, I’ll highlight my 5 favorite reads.
